2 Year Limited Warranty
Should a SquatchStik Rod build break or deem defective due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship within the first two years, A repair or replacement will be provided to ORIGINAL BUYER at which this point both parties will respectfully agree upon a decision, However The customer is expected to cover all shipping/handling cost. Warranty covers Blank/Component failures. Such as Reel seat Defect/Failures, Guide Defect/Failures, Epoxy Defect/Failures, or any Builder/ Distributor related Defect/Failure. A few Examples of what warranty will not cover is Leaving equipment in Hot vehicles, Laying equipment on ground, Putting equipment in water, Shutting vehicle doors on equipment, Primarily EQUIPMENT NEGLECT. Under any Neglect circumstances your warranty is VOID. SquatchRodsLLC will ask to inspect and review any broken/Damaged rods that were built by other builders, if we see that the rod was built properly and still deemed defective then the we will follow our limited two year warranty with said Rod/Customer.
Original (INCLUDED) Decal has to be present on rod for warranty to be registered Along with proof of original Ownership.
